Refund & Cancellation Policy

💡 Important

ImageOptimPro is a credit-based service. Once credits are purchased, they can be used at any time within the validity period.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused Credits: If you purchased credits but have not used any, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially Used Credits: If some credits have been used, a proportional refund for unused credits may be issued.
  • Free Credits: Free sign-up credits are non-refundable.
  • Technical Issues: If image optimization fails due to a service error, the credit will be restored to your account.

2. Refund Process

  1. Send an email to contact@imageoptim.pro from your registered email address.
  2. Include your order ID or transaction details in the email.
  3. We will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits for successfully processed images
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Accounts that violated the Terms of Service
  • Free sign-up bonus credits

4. Cancellation

ImageOptimPro does not have any subscription plans. All credits are one-time purchases. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing contact@imageoptim.pro.
