Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using ImageOptimPro ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
ImageOptimPro is an online image optimization tool designed for e-commerce sellers. The Service operates on a credit-based model where each image optimization consumes one credit.
2. Account Registration
- You must sign up with a valid email address via OTP verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per user is permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are pre-paid and can be purchased via Razorpay.
- Each image optimization uses 1 credit.
- New users receive 3 free credits upon sign-up.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Unused credits remain valid for the pack's validity period.
4. Acceptable Use
- Only upload legal and appropriate images.
- Automated scraping or misuse of the Service is not permitted.
- Do not upload copyrighted content without proper authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you upload. We do not use your images for any purpose other than providing the optimization service.
6. Limitation of Liability
ImageOptimPro is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, prevention of data loss, or specific optimization results. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
